Target is introducing two wheelchair-adaptive Halloween costumes so kids with disabilities can transform their chairs into a pirate ship, complete with a Jolly Roger flag and ocean waves, or a purple princess carriage 👑 The store will also offer sensory-friendly costumes — a unicorn 🦄 and a shark 🦈 — which will have no tags and flat seams.
