Hello. Today I received 4 x The Multi Masking planner gift sets that you collaborated with @111skin on. I bought these as gifts for my sons teachers and gave them out this evening. I just had a call from one of the teachers saying the masks are expired.
The other 3 ladies have checked and all of theirs have too. I spoke to your team on the phone and they of course issued me a refund. They also offered me free one time shipping on my next order. For one that really doesn’t cover the expense of me now having to travel to pick up different gifts tomorrow morning and then the travel to his school as he isn’t in tomorrow. The trip to nursery alone is £35 return. I also have to ship one of them individually as she’s already left for the year. This isn’t even considering the time this is now going to take tomorrow. I understand these things happen but this is a massive inconvenience to me.
Also very embarrassing and can you imagine if they had for instance used them and it had irritated their skin.
I would have been horrified!
Also, your representative on the telephone told me that they are now sold out on the website and so aren’t available to buy. This is however not true. I just checked and they are still available to add to my basket. I just don’t want others to buy them if they may irritate their skin etc ?
I love @netaporter and @111skin, I understand these things can happen but tbh I did expect better purchasing from yourselves. I hope this can be rectified and they can be removed from your site. Thank you

This ain’t nothing new my mom use to buy mistakes back in the day from a clothes mill and we had one red one blue / one yellow one green / one black one orange opaque tights and two color shirts etc and kids use to laugh at us l was way ahead of the game 🤣🤣

@netaporter I’ve done it several time you NEVER opened and read the messages. They are still unseen. Have sent several email too. I will just never order again on your site and hope that it’s gonna be the same for a lot of people.
