clintmclark Thanks to your post, I just went down a Coach Zygmunt wormhole and watched a USA Weightlifting Warmup video. I still don’t know what “morning warming” pushups are...???

jaredenderton Zygmunt is a LEGEND and also has been undefeated for 10 years in the morning routine. I couldn’t even beat him in the strict pull up or push up game back in 2013/14 😂
