ithrowfurther Im noticing how when you catch the barbell, the angle of your elbows is straight out but your elbows angle down some when you stand up but then right before your jerk you position them more upward again. Idk if you understand what I'm saying but I'm curious if there's any reason for that or if that's just your technique

alxndrandrd I watch your videos on repeat trying to see how exactly your feet move. You start at a pretty wide stance and when you clean/snatch you move them wider apart or just point them outwards with your heels on the ground?
