90% range feelin preetttyyyy okay today! First time doing heavier both lifts in the same workout since I was on stage at Pan Ams. Also survived no miss clean and jerk day we decided to go AFTER we all finished snatches because a no miss snatch day is... asking a lot lol. Back on stage in 3 weeks! (Yikes that came so quick)
