Today took a LOT of energy & a lot of focus (& a lot of talking to myself), but got some good work done. 7 doubles between 120 & 130, last set shown first. This week kicked my ass for sure, but I handled it & for the most part came out on top. ONE MORE DAY till a rest day!!! -
