So remember how I said I was scared of coral and live fish hahaha (yes ... yes .. you can laugh at me, it’s fine) 🐠🙅🏼♀️?? WELL the thought of swimming out there in that water literally gives me a bit of anxiety BUT I'd do it because I know it would be an experience I'd never forget and I will not let my fears become my LIMITS. I continue to be SO proud watching you, the #BBGCommunity overcome YOUR fears and become STRONGER at every turn in the road. What's ONE fear you're PROUD of overcoming on your fitness journey?! Hi Kayla! I usually do my workout once per week for 45 minutes, but the last two weeks I was sick (otitis and cold🤒🤧) and I have also taken antibiotics. Now I am good again still feeling tired and weak but I don't want to lose my training and I would like to recover the two weeks of training that I have missed. How do you suggest to restart with my workout (how long?/ How many times per week?) Thank you! 🤸🤗 Greetings from Austria

I learned to swim last year (at 33) because water is absolutely terrifying to me. I had panic attacks in the pool . . . It was a long process. But it was worth it when I swam in the ocean in Australia a few weeks ago. I was so proud of myself. It was totally worth all of the anxiety of stress of learning to swim.

I totally understand your fear! I'm in Florida right now and I swam out to a reef yesterday. I kept getting anxious about what was underneath me, especially if I thought of sharks. 😨 but it was totally worth it, and I discovered how great of a workout swimming is! 🙌

@kayla_itsines you are not alone, I LOVE swimming but I’m terrified of fish/sea creatures ... nothing scarier than that piece of seaweed that wraps round your ankle 😱 x

I got my scuba certification last week and I am so proud! Scuba gear is heavy but thanks to my 1+ year of Sweat, I looked like a pro carrying and wearing my gear.

I’m trying to overcome the fear of leaving my baby with his dad while I go for a run or do BBG. It’s a mix of fear, excuses and laziness to be honest.
