teenage_evangelist These arguments about gun free zones and good guys with guns merely distract from large and obvious abiding FACT that guns kill people. How Americans can even BE distracted from that fact is, quite frankly, terrifying. America has an active shooter incident every other week and does NOTHING. Small children were killed at Sandy Hook and amazingly, that did not stop the passage of weapons to ordinary people who do not need them. The 2nd amendment right to bear arms conveniently cancels out that pesky amendment to LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. In my country I can leave my house and be 99.99999% CERTAIN that I won’t be gunned down and killed by a random person with a gun and a hate fuelled agenda. America scares the shit out of me.

Yet more poor, innocent people killed by a gun obsessed man. It’s truly awful. The saddest thing is knowing how predictable this is, and that a similar incident will probably happen again soon. daniellezim63 I feel for the citizens of the US protesting for gun laws . We were lucky in Australia to have a government at the time of our worst mass shooting, to bring in the by back program and it was a success. People do not need guns, and Trumps excuse that these people had mental issues!! Well that’s the entire issue, people with mental issues can get access to guns!! It’s not rocket science . The US unfortunately has a racist, narcisstic , gun happy man as President!!
