It is still pending. There is no £152 available I have just checked. If she has done the refund it would have been quicker, more accurate and not put you in danger of loosing £100 worth of stock. But I was honest. She and others were rude. I am sending back your hamper as it is barely worth the duress I have been through Ana ignorance from you as a company.
I am going straight to the Complaints board as your actions or lack of understanding at the severity of this incident and the appalling customer care, I feel an independent adjudicator needs to decide if you should have treated me as per law and guidelines and your offer of a cheap hamper and No magazines and a week long wait for my money after a customer service manager was at fault and made me wait for my refund which still has not gone through! You think doing this to customers of a luxury department store, when the customer was already ill, disclosed it and then still treated by them AND YOU in an appalling manner.

Since you are now ignoring me and Christina said to call if the mo way has not gone in. I will send the hamper back and report you and your conduct to a very unwell person immediately. You also owe me £154 due to you staff member being rude and doing the wrong thing for the customer. She couldn’t be bothered to do a refund so she voided it. I have to wait for my money. You took the items that I could have walked off with. So I saved you £100.00 and you treat me this way. Appalling.

And Tiffany Darke who suddenly did nothing! After offering the magazines she said she would sort this out and she has done nothing! Again. For managers of an iconic luxury store towards an unwell customer has been horrific!! I’m taking action.

They also sent me a hamper and I suffer with Bulimia. No Harrods items included...cheap alternatives and not consulting me on what was best for my illness??? On top of everything? This just gets worse.

Also, the main managers do not even care!! The most terrible service for an ill person shopping here! I am reporting everything.
