Bloody hell what a weekend. I barely slept last night as I was trying to process everything. I’m beyond grateful to all of you who came along to the Happy Place Festival and shared some special memories together.
So today is the last in the current series of Happy Place the podcast. #HappyPlace will be back but, for now, I hope you enjoy the last episode in this series, our @sweatybetty special with Olympian track cylist @victorilou and her best mate @sophiemadtolive, discussing friendship and what it means to them. Why do we have best friends? And what part do they play in finding our happy place? Available now using the link in my bio or wherever you find your podcasts. Thanks so much to this series sponsors @sweatybetty for helping to bring you an incredible series

We had a really great time yesterday, thank you. Unfortunately we missed out on booking for yoga or meditation which was disappointing but it did mean we got to listen to almost all of the talks in the talk tent which were super special. We particularly enjoyed @mrjonnybenjamin who bossed lots of technical issues to deliver a really passionate talk. There was a great question regarding men and mental health, and I now know to talk to my boys shoulder to shoulder rather than face to face. Thank you 😊💕 we really enjoyed the fun yoga on the community stage, if meditation could be on the community line up next year, that would be awesome. We did try Introduction to Painting but it wasn’t actually a painting lesson, which was a shame. The smoothies were fabulous and we tried lots of healthy treats. Beyond that it was glorious to be in the sunshine for 8 whole hours! ☀️☀️☀️ Thank you again xx

Amazing festival Fearne, the whole vibe was lovely and it was such a beautiful setting. I really enjoyed the talks especially. I hate to put a negative comment up but I wanted to give feedback about this. A greater choice of food was needed, there just wasn't enough different places. We waited an hour for a £7 salad from Vegan something (can't remember the name) which consisted of lettuce, chickpeas and peppers, worth maybe £1? They just couldn't cope with it. We went back four times when we just wanted to listen to your speakers, plus annoying the audience by trying to get to our seats! Really not having a go at you, but I think it's important for you or your team to know. However, the whole day was amazing and its not every day you meet so many inspirational people ❤️

I listen to your podcasts when I’m stuck in the office at work. I often feel like life is too much and that I’m failing at everything but listening you and all of your inspirational guests is making me realise that actually, I’m alright. It’s ok to not get things right. I have a way to go yet but you’ve steered me onto a happier path so thank you from the bottom of my heart, Ferne xx

I truly had a wonderful day at the Happy Place Festival yesterday, and it was everything I expected and more. It was lovely to meet you and speak to you about my health and how I’m getting through it. My anxiety at the moment has been at an all time high and the festival has really helped me. I’ll definitely be coming again! Thank you, Brave Belinda 💜 @fearnecotton

Had a fantastic day on Saturday 🥰 Think it would be worth your while asking for people’s feedback as certain things could have been better -you can only make this bigger and better with peoples true opinions if you want people to return -lots of luck -you’re such a positive lady and I so want this to succeed for you 👌

Thank you fearne, we came on Saturday, it was a fantastic day, talks were my favourite as most of the other things had sold out so fast, loved listening to all of them! And can I just say first time I’ve seen you in real time, not on the tv and you are sooooooo beautiful, with such a lovely energy, thank you again xxxxx
