It has been two weeks today and still no products and no further forward & advisor contacted me but did not reply or tell me what would happen. £77 order & just disregarded I want my money back & I do not want replacement products as god knows I could be waiting until Christmas, the service has been terrible I’m so disappointed!

@ctilburymakeup spent over £100 online with you on 3rd August, still no update on my order after contacting customer services and it looks as though its not even been dispatched yet. Very disappointing. 👎👎👎 Maybe spend less on marketing and more on order fulfillment/ customer service?
