It has been two weeks today and still no products and no further forward & advisor contacted me but did not reply or tell me what would happen. £77 order & just disregarded I want my money back & I do not want replacement products as god knows I could be waiting until Christmas, the service has been terrible I’m so disappointed!

I have been sent the wrong order. Or most of my order is missing. The invoice and thank you card is correct but does not correlate with what is in the box. No one has replied to my email sent last week and the phone number is not connecting Customer service is appalling . Please contact me .

So far I have been satisfied with their customer service though my email was replied by an automatic answer and I had to write again about my issue then got the reply back right away and solved my issue.

I love this, with the charcoal too. I was starting to have problems with my skin (loads of spots, like I was a teenager again ) but this has stopped them and made it look better! 😄
