I started writing five years ago because I could no longer contain the story. It’s epic fantasy, with multiple long books. It’s been a huge learning curve, but I can tell my writing has steadily improved. I’m close to having the first one publish-ready, but now am struggling to figure out the best way to do so without lengthy periods between books. My current plan is to finish at least the backstory novel I be also been working on before publishing anything in the main series. Would love to write full time. That would speed things along, and also be more fulfilling than continuing to work my current profession. Maybe, if the startup I am working on actually takes off, I can do both, and stay in my house in the city. Not quite ready to move yet... First World problems, eh?
