[BIHAKUEN]UVシールド(UVShield)

bee_up_the_sky I took Ashtanga classes for 9 mths with a wonderful teacher however found it so physically hard due to my limited (normal) flexibility. I know all 5 asana. Would it be better to stick with these and for how long before I try the rest of the series @kinoyoga. Namaste 🙏🙏

yuko_yoga Those 5 poses....down dog, triangle, warrior I, Janu Sirsasana and legs up the wall... I love them all!💕😍my first yoga class in public was at age 44.... I didn’t know what I was doing...😂but I am so glad that I started to practice yoga that day... that’s for sure!🤣

kinoyoga @bee_up_the_sky hi! It’s about the process😊 you don’t have to be flexible, just be patient and work with your current flexibility. These 5 postures are really for brand-new practitioners. I would suggest going back to half primary and progressing slowly from there 😊
