@lufthansa yes I arrived on a delayed incoming flight. My first flight with Lufthansa left an hour late.... but the connecting Lufthansa flight couldn’t accommodate anyone or hold the flight. Not a single Lufthansa employer treated me with respect (and I’ve dealt with at least 15 employees today) - I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life, and I was polite to every one of them I was just desperate to get home to my family. I rebooked but this should never have happened in the first place. The flight should have waited for the people trying to get there from their connecting flights. There were at least 12 of us in line trying to make it. Im just disgusted with this entire experience and this company.

We did that 9 hrs ago. We have been following up and NO ONE is helping. It’s a disgrace and the WORST customer SERVICE ever. Your advise is absolutely no help as we have already done this to absolutely NO Avail. You need to work harder for your customers otherwise you will keep loosing them. Our Bag is still missing and we have no idea where it is. This is business and I will never book my clients or crew on a Lufthansa flight again. It’s not a business airline it’s worse than the worst budget airlines. BEWARE

@dtaylor314 the same thing happened to us today Lufthansa is the WORST airline ever. We have been on to customer services 10 times today. They have lost my husbands bag and no one can help or advise as to where it is the customer services and Lufthansa baggage handlers are AWFUL we fly all the time for work and this airline is the pits. I’ve heard awful things about it from others and now I’ve had my own experience I Will NEVER fly Lufthansa again. @lufthansa Shame on you

@jessicatarcher Your luggage is delayed which can also mean "missing" as seen it needs to be tracked. As soon as its location is known, it will be shared with you. Right now, search is in progress. As soon as there's info, you will be advised. Unfortunately, sometimes it takes longer to locate luggage. Please continue to bear with our colleagues during this time. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
