lanniec1987 Hi my Ulta credit card has been declined for multiple times just because I tried to place a $5 order to my old address (no idea why it was considered as a fraud). I confirmed that it was my transaction by text message but still cannot use it. Then I called for 10 times but could never get a hold of anyone. I sent a message online but was told that I can expect a response in 15 business days (seriously???!!!) or more if it is complicated. Anyway, now I could not use my card which is very annoying since I don’t want to use other cards in Ulta... Don’t know what else I can do so I’m just sending you a message in case it helps.

shariefuzma Worst customer service associates. The cashier who rung me up forgot to put an item for me in my bag. Someone called me using my rewards account to let me know. When I went back , they said they had to “ look at the cameras”. After they found my product that was missing, didn’t even apologize and said “ oh nobody told me” no thank you no I’m sorry. Bunch of attitude filled customer associates
