High-level executives with children have a few advantages over other working parents: They make more money, which makes childcare easier to afford. They may have more say in where and when they work. And they can influence what "family friendly" means at their companies. But like any other working parent, top executives don't get more than 24 hours in a day. And they can never control the constant demands that come with having kids. @cnnbusiness asked executives to share their experiences of how they balance family and work.

mybelle80 I love this article. I love the awareness it brings to a social situation that continues to grow. As a working professional, married to a working professional - when my kids have dr. appointments, school activities, and other critical appointments, it falls on me to make sure they happen. He wants to help but his workplace is much less accommodating to family needs. @cnn we need more stories like this that bring awareness to critical issues in society. Less articles creating divisiveness and more articles bringing social awareness to common problems. 🙌
