🐛 A before-and-after of nature doing its thing. One of our horticulturists spotted this monarch butterfly caterpillar starting its chrysalis on a spray of patrinia flowers (#Patrinia scabiosifolia) along our Seasonal Walk. He checked back later in the day, and voila: a pint-sized apartment for a mighty transformation. 🦋
