So I think I’ve finally found a bullet journal method that works for me. Once a week with a theme of self-care in my @soumkine Agenda planner. Keeping a daily one feels too much for me but I like the idea of setting an intention each week with a list of helpful ways to take care of my heart and spheres of life. I’m excited about this!
