What we focus on, we get more of, and will manifest in physical form. Most of us can look back and see clearly the evidence of this law. My personal journey is to strengthen my mind to choose thoughts that feel good, thereby having an experience in life that is also good feeling. With so much contrast in the world it can be easy to fall into the abyss of darkness and hopelessness. We need each other to share the light when the torch is dim. It can be as simple as focusing on your favorite thing to shift the energy inside from dark to bearable. My go-to is to think about donuts, because I f-cking LOVE donuts. So much so that my insta handle used to be @doe_nut. When I was a kid my family had “doughnut Sunday”. I was allowed to choose two donuts for myself. I looked forward to it every week, because we would sit together as a family and read the comics from the newspaper and eat donuts together. I don’t have “donut Sunday” any more... I’m not sure why. Maybe I should bring that back. But every time I think of donuts, I get a warm feeling in my heart that can shift universes from darkness to a gradient scale warmer . .
