In the first round of speed, my hands trembled with tension and I could n’t put power into my body😓 So I made a lot of mistakes and lost that round😣 But after that, I got my personal best 8.655✨ I was n’t good at first, but I was able to change my mind in the competition. I think it ’s a growing part for me‼︎ And I was able to move forward several times after it seemed to fall on the lead! The result was not good, but I enjoyed it till the end💓 And it's not over yet, I want to continue try hard‼︎ Thank you all for supporting me✨❤️ ・コンバインドの決勝は7位でした。まず、1本目のスピードで今までにないぐらい緊張してしまい、手が震え、上手くいきませんでした。その後のボルダーでもあと少しの所で落ちてしまい、スピード5位、ボルダー6位でリードを迎えました。もうここから逆転するにはかなり厳しい状況でしたが、落ちそうになってから振り絞り、最後まで出し切れて、自分にとっては今できるパフォーマンスをする事が出来たと思います！結果的には良くなかったのですが、前は出来なかった気持ちの切り替えや、スピードで自己ベストを出すなど、成長できた部分も多く、とてもいい経験が出来たと思います！そしてなにより最後まで楽しめた事がとても良かったです💓 まだオリンピックへのチャンスは残されているので、諦めずに頑張っていきたいと思います💪✨ 本当に沢山の応援、ありがとうございました✨❤️ ・ photo by @tallers_photopress ・ @au_official @denso_official @anessa_official_shiseido @thenorthfacejp @lasportivajp @newerajapan @tokyopowder @newhale_japan @thestonesession #jazzysport #岩泉ヨーグルト #ifscwch #combinedclimbing #speedclimbing #bouldering #leadclimbing #worldchampionships」8月22日 18時16分
