My face probably looked something like this today by the last of my 16x 300m reps (off 50seconds recovery) at just a little quicker than 3km pace, after a 19km run yesterday.

300s were 53-57 averaging 55.
.
Still about building the base and getting lots of miles in the legs, so nothing too fast and only just recently back training on the actual track once a week with most of the my sessions at the parks/trails. .
