What I Eat in a Day // many of you asked me to share what a typical day looks like for me, so I thought I share with you pictures of my home made meals 🤗
• BREAKFAST • is always different. Sometimes I skip breakfast and only have a cup of tea, bulletproof coffee or a veggie juice. The days when I feel like having something to eat I make myself a green smoothie (kale, spinach, apple, banana, 1/2 juice lemon, hemp seeds or flax seeds) or I have a raw granola bowl with chopped apple + berries with almond or macadamia nut milk 🍎
• LUNCH • I enjoy having a bowl of creamy veggie soup. It’s very healing for the guts. When I travel I miss my home made soups the most 🤗I usually pick one veggie and make a simple soup out of it. Pictured is purple cauliflower creamy soup. I boil for 5 min 1/2 onion with rosemary, thyme, bay leaf. Then I add cauliflower (or broccoli/potato/mushrooms/zucchini) and simmer for another 3-5 min. After that I blended all (expect herbs) in a blender with 1/2 lemon juice + hemp seeds + salt + pepper + 1 celery stalk + 2 TS olive oil. I can’t even call it a recipe because it’s so simple to make 🥦 • SNACK • I love making my own herbal teas. Usually it’s a different mix of fennel, lavender, chamomile, raspberry leaf, lemon balm or tulsi. I enjoy having tea all day long and I snack on apples, dates, high quality chocolate, raw nuts or olives 🍫
• DINNER • for dinner I have cooked quinoa mixed with chopped cucumber, tomato, olives, cilantro, parsley + kale salad with hemp seeds + avocado 🥑
