This night a few months back I felt so self conscious, I remember thinking that my clothes were just hanging on me as I'd lost so much weight. I battled with these thoughts for quite a while then pretty much got over it and choose happiness over how I 'think' I should look.  Until yesterday so many people came up to me and mentioned my weight loss with; what's happened to you? Are you okay? You're so skinny. I instantly felt awkward and the rest of the day I felt self-conscious and out of place.. I began comparing myself to every other woman I passed. I see this in every day life people constantly slating others, her lip filler is too much, he's clearly on steroids, she's too fat to wear that or too skinny in my case 😅. I'm sure we've all been guilty of it I know I have been especially to myself!  It made me think, who do we think we are to think/tell someone how they should look to fit into our perception of beauty?  How lovely would this work be if we complimented others instead of putting them down?  I am going to be more conscious of how I talk to people and I hope you will too. When you think of something negative turn it around and find something positive about that person, their hair, make-up, shoes their Aura. Every person has something beautiful inside of them. Share that with them instead, or just think it and send them love.  Lastly what you look like and what people say/think about you, doesn't define you as a person. You and only YOU can decided every day, every hour or every second the person who you want to be. Have you ever felt uncomfortable in your own body?
