So forgive my tardiness but...Happy Halloween!! We had some fun! I was the mother of a dragon, Joshua Jr was my dragon baby, obviously. Naleigh was an amazingly beautiful fortune teller, Adalaide was a gorgeous ballerina and Josh was a very sexy ol west sheriff, or maybe an ol west outlaw...I’m going with outlaw. I wasn’t gonna dress up but once I did the girls makeup I couldn’t resist getting in on the fun. In Halloween’s past I have really gone above and beyond making costumes, planning way in advance and generally trying to create the perfect experience for my kids. This year I ended up with a surprise week off from work when the schedule changed and got my butt on a plane so I could be home with my family. I arrived home from Vancouver Tuesday night. Completely forgot Halloween was Thursday. Madly dug around in a closet Wednesday night trying to find costumes and cobbled this all together at the eleventh hour. Shocker of all shockers...my kids still had an awesome Halloween despite my lack of preparation. I guess the lesson here is...do what our parents did. Throw a bunch of clothes at the kids and call it a costume. They really only care about the candy anyway. 🎃👻❤️」11月2日 1時44分
