Quick Core Series 🔥⚡️
1. Head lifted heel taps
2. Criss Cross Slowburn (keep shoulder blades off the mat)
3. Plank Balance (press non grounded hand into thigh to create more resistance) (L + R)
4. Single Arm Bear Hold to Downdog (L + R)
30 seconds on each exercise (where there is a L/R change it’s 30sec each side) and try run them together and recover at the end. Repeat 3x.
The key to these drills is controlled movement so go slow to maximise the burn 😅
