That night, THE night, wouldn’t have existed without weeks of hard work from so many people and my heart is still sitting resiliently in my throat so if I tried to thank all of them individually I would just choke on my adoration and make an indebted ass of myself. All I know is I feel supported and trusted for the first time in a long time. This isn’t the time or platform to admit to you all why or how the evening ended up meaning so much to me, but I’m hoping I’ll have an opportunity to tell you in person next year, like I did on Thursday with a shadow of keyboards attached to me.
