“You can’t be too slick in a family apartment—kids have to be kids,” says designer @richardmishaan of a recent project in TriBeCa’s 821-foot tall Herzog & de Meuron-designed, jenga-like skyscraper. Gem-inspired shades punctuate the capacious, open-concept home, including in the powder room, with sink fittings by @sherlewagnerinternational, and a sconce by Rosie Li for @rollandhill.
