@seniorstaffyclub have a growing reputation in the UK and are now often contacted by other larger organisations such as the RSPCA, their rehoming branches and their Inspectors, to help with Senior Staffies that they cannot rehome as they are overlooked in their own kennels. They prioritise rescuing senior Staffies usually above 7 years old. This year they have rescued 70 Senior Staffies this year alone and since they began have rescued and rehomed over 350 Senior Staffies.
@sbtrescue is a rescue based in Wisbech Cambridgeshire, most of the dogs they take in are abused abandoned neglected via the council pounds police and vets social services, the charity is now heading into into its 12th year of helping staffys.
The rescue is solely run by dedicated volunteers that work hard to help our beloved breed.
@chchbullbreedrescuenz take dogs from all over the country and are New Zealands only bully breed specific rescue.
Most councils in NZ have a no rehome policy for “Pittie types” however Christchurch bull breed rescue still average 150-200 dogs a year thanks to the city council knowing them well and knowing what kind of amazing work they do with pitbulls in the community.
@playersforpits work tirelessly in the city of Chicago getting as many pitbulls off the streets, out of shelters and into homes as possible. They have an incredibly hard working team of dedicated fosters that will stop at nothing to save lives. No matter how much a dog will cost to save, no matter who deems them to be too hard, pfp will not give up.
