What helped me do this was, Jorge had me say in my head what I was working on with my backswing as I swung back. For example; Left cheek left, left shoulder down, right leg straight. I wasn’t able to take the club back fast and say all these things. I had to control my tempo on the back swing. This helps get me set in the right position at the top, helps my legs and hips work properly. Eliminating my sway back, and allowing my hips and shoulders to work in good sequence.
