Not even two weeks out. Yes I’m wearing compression leggings so that definitely helps, but this isn’t to brag like wow look at me it’s to prove you don’t need to be crazy and diet and jump back into the gym. I’m still about 10 lbs over my pre pregnancy weight and I know I’m going to have to EVENTUALLY get back into the gym to tone everything and probably lose whatever doesn’t drop off in a month or so on it’s own. But for now I’m focusing on HEALING, that means nutritious foods (and the occasional, okay nightly sweet treat), rest, and lots of baby time.
