✅Start by grabbing Barbell with a shoulder width Reverse grip.
✅Apply slightly more finger pressure to last 3 fingers on each hand.
✅Make sure you keep your elbows tucked when executing this movement.
✅Raise barbell until forearms are vertical.
✅Descend until arms become fully extended.
✅Focus on the “squeeze”
✅Go for 4 working sets X 20, 15, 12, 10 Reps.
