Back to squatting! It’s taken me 6 months but I’ve finally done it! 40kg so lighter than usual but I’m SO proud! Go me 🙋🏼‍♀️😂 My maternity leave has finished and I’m back to work on the radio from Monday. I also have my first fitness shoot of the year in 2wks!
I’m even more excited this time around being a mum and appreciating what my body is capable of. As Beyoncé once sang “Strong enough to bare the children, Then get back to business” 😏😏😏 #whoruntheworldgirls
