Green Tea Catechins has been reported as potential anti-influenza virus agents.
People in many cultures love drinking tea. If you are one of those tea lovers, you probably are interested in different kinds of tea that you have never had.
As you already know, China has a long history of drinking tea in their daily lives and so do the United Kingdom(Black Tea) and Japan(Green Tea). You could say tea is a big part of their cultures including their daily lives.
The ingredients of those three kinds of tea are the same tea leaves, Camellia Sinensis. So what makes those teas different of taste, color and flavor, even benefit?
The answer is, the way they process the leaves. Green Tea doesn't have a process of fermentation. A process of fermentation looses the Green Tea Catechins.
