Fitness Q&A 🤓 / Anzeige:
1️⃣ How often do you work out? - my goal is 4x a week, sometimes I even manage 5 sessions 🤗 in 2019, I was able to stick to that schedule for 97% of the year (haha yes I counted because I was so proud - means I skipped 3 weeks of regular training). No matter if I’m traveling or at home, training is one of my top priorities so I always find time to throw in a killer workout 🤷🏼‍♀️.

2️⃣ What is your favorite type of training? - in the gym I do a combination of classic weight lifting (deadlifts, squats, shoulder press, ..) with body weight exercises (push ups, hanging ab exercises, mountain climbers, burpees..). But I also do bodyweight-only workouts without equipment - for example my YouTube workouts 📺 sometimes I also do Yoga, Sprints or slow cardio like uphill walking 🚶🏼‍♀️.

3️⃣ What is your secret to consistency? - I’m not motivated all the time!! But when motivation is missing.. discipline kicks in! 😅 I know I will feel amazing once I got my lazy booty off the sofa & the after-workout endorphins will make my entire day more productive & positive. I’m also not super “strict” with sticking to an exact training schedule. If I rather feel like a yoga session - no problem. The main goal is moving my body in any kind of way. Never put too much pressure on yourself. .

4️⃣ When did you start training? - I got my gym membership at the age of 16 and have been going there ever since! 😅 so that has been 7 years.. wow 😳.

5️⃣ What is your fitness goal for 2020? - I’m actually very happy with everything. I don’t do „on & off seasons“ and I also don’t feel like experimenting with different diets etc., I just stay in my regular shape consistently 🙆🏼‍♀️ That’s pretty easy for me since healthy nutrition is not hard for me at aaaall (I love all my healthy food recipes and snacks) and I really enjoy working out as well. In a nutshell: I want to feel strong, healthy & keep my lean body shape 😛.

6️⃣ One exercise you dislike? - I’m HORRIBLE at anything that involves high jumping 😅 box jumps are my enemy lol. 🤫.
