さて、先日隠岐でいただいた海の幸🦀
松葉蟹の漁師さんがされている白扇さんで。
旬の魚介類盛りに、隠岐の日本酒がすすみました。
隠岐は日本酒も美味しい。それは、水が綺麗で、それは、水が綺麗になる地質だからで。

島の底力は、食にアリ！ですな😋

島の方いわく、「食材には自信あり。あとはどう調理して、魅せていくか」と。
私はこのありのままに出してくれる島料理が大好きですけど、今後どんな進化をするのか、楽しみです！
