Real Talk: Anxiety. I used to think it was something people just had to “get over”. I got older, real life started to stack up and anxiety turned into this massive monster that I have to fight off every day. I was hoping if I just waited it out something would change...and nothing did. This week I’m adding in 15 minutes of working out every morning, tea and a book instead of coffee and instagram, and a written out weekly plan. What helps you guys fight off anxiety??
