✨HOME BACK ATTACK✨ I personally find back a little trickier to do at home without weight so I kind challenged myself here. I’m sure all of these have been done before but I kinda made this up as I went and am posting what I thought worked best! I used @suzie_kb ‘s long bands! They’re a dream.

I went for higher reps and sets since I wasn’t using heavy weight!

🌼Single Arm Lat Pulldown 5x15 per arm
🌼Close Grip Row (crouching?) 5x15-20
🌼Lat Pushdown (or as close as I could get to that movement) 5x15
🌼Inverted Rows (much more challenging than I thought, haha) 5x8-10
🌼High Row, Wide Grip 5x15

My back is nice n tight today, definitely got in a good little burn with these! Try them out and let me know how you feel about inverted rows bc OWWW
