I know multiple people that raised their climbing level several grades by implementing strict hang boarding routines during ankle and knee injuries. You don’t necessarily even need a hang board. Just throw some extra nails or screws in a door jamb to reinforce it and find a workout you like online. A little discipline does wonders for morale while cooped up.
The best way I can think of to motivate for those indoor workouts is to watch Reel Rock 14. I particularly like the Joes Valley film and the one about @ニーナ・ウィリアムズ... the nose speed record is pretty good too. Click the link in my bio to download.
