I advice you to focus of left leg a bit more to avoid health problems later on . Here I will add stretching and working on toes . ⠀ 🏠 BALANCE . 1 square meter is pretty enough to improve balances . Stand ad long as you can in different poses . You can even note ,how many seconds did you stand for example in attitude on Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday and so on . And then assess the progress in a week . Please ,don't forget about working on BOTH legs ⠀⠀ 🏠 Now it's a time to strengthen the ankle by doing simple "releve" . Strong calf muscles is a secret of success in high jumps , balances and pivots. ⠀ 🏠 BODY CONDITIONING. Keep your body in share and muscles in tonus by working on every segment .
