Athletes were putting themselves in harms way to train. However, it doesn’t mean that I’m not struggling with this. This leaves a lot unknowns. As Olympic hopefuls we train to peak in the right moment. We make so many sacrifices to get to this very place. This decision changes so much for not only mean but all athletes. In a time like this we can come together and tackle this with the support of one another. I’m trying to see the positives in all of this. I have time to clear off my to do list, I can spend time with my dogs. Let’s use this time to reflect, rest and recharge. Thank you to those that have set messages, it means a lot.
