Its the same as that book, that class, that friend, that opportunity, or even that message that pops up in your feed. When we’re ready, willing and awake to the blessings all around us, we realize every encounter has a gift to be exchanged. It doesn’t need to be some man in a white robe or on some sacred ground to deliver this message or teach us something. It’s everywhere and in everything. It is right here in the center of our hearts and in all living things. I don’t believe so much in coincidence these days. They say in the Veda, I’m ‘not surprised yet always amazed.’ There are these incredible moments in life that you couldn’t have written better yourself, when you are in the right place at the right time. That moment when you are receiving or giving the exact message that was needed, to keep things moving along the path or trusting your heart and Nature’s Divine Orchestration. This path of surrender and deep listening, isn’t always easy. Yet what I’v found most helpful is being open to support from others that understand and are often on a similar path. That is why I want you to meet my amazing friend and mentor @liz_marz🧚‍♀️I don’t believe I chose her. It was something beyond us both that brought us together. She has had a profound impact on my life and I feel called now to share her with you. @liz_marz and I first met at my local yoga studio in Silverlake. She checked me into my class and I felt instantly drawn to her. She is beautifully rooted in connection to her body and spirit and she has an ease and self confidence in being nothing but who she is. These are the kinds of energies I’m attracted to and aspire to embody. Once, every so often, I would run into @liz_marz & it always seemed to be at very important junctures in my life when I was moving through major transition. Then there she was to say the perfect thing during a a brief run in to keep me believing in myself. @liz_marz offered me a free introductory session to her mentor/coaching work, as she is for you today!!!
