Take time to calm the inner chatter in your head at least once a day. I challenge you to set aside at least a few minutes per day of stillness to stretch, meditate, or just let your mind settle down - you will be able to handle the challenges of the day so much better. These #throwbackthursday pictures are from my favorite spot in my house. This area is a devoted section of peace. Find a corner of your house to seek out some chill vibes. With so much going on, so many stressors, so many plans to be changed, so many people to worry about… we can’t neglect our mental health right now. It needs to be high on the priority list to make it through this time BETTER than we were before 🤍
