I made it through 30 weeks of pregnancy with full back squats 🎉 Starting to modify now with box squats but the squat rack is still my friend! 🙆🏼‍♀️ Full depth was starting to put too much strain on my pelvic floor muscles but these feel good, no problemo. Overall load and volume is down in general now, but hitting workouts hard 4 or 5x/wk. I still feel strong & agile which is awesome. Clapping for my damn self right now to be doing as much as I am! 👏🏻 It feels great mentally and physically to get out in the gym to lift, move and sweat - and is good for me and little beb’s health 💗 65kg/143lb #30weekspregnant #babypope #squattingfortwo
