GLUTE BRIDGE - 10 each side
CLAMSHELL - 15 each side
GLUTE BRIDGE WITH LEG RAISE - 10 each side
DONKEY KICKS - 10 each side
Rest 30secs to 1 min between each exercise. Repeat circuit 2-3 times.
