13. Now we are going to close the fourth row by a slip stitch.
Unhook one loop from your left index finger, insert the longer side of the thread into the loop from the back to the front, and insert your right index finger into the new loop.
Let’s try something new here.
14. Unhook one loop from your left index finger, twist the loop so that the front side of the loop goes to the back, and insert your right index finger.
15. Insert the longer side of the thread into these two loops. Now you have one loop on your right index finger.
Repeat the steps 14 and 15 until you have nothing left but one loop.
16. Insert the longer side of the thread into the loop to tighten the knot.
Cut both ends of the thread with 3cm thread left and you are done!
If you want to connect these coasters and create a patchwork, cut the end of the thread with 10cm thread left, cut the width of the thread into half, and tie them together.
