A month of self care dedicated to cultivating a mind, body and spirit relationship. A way to connect in a time where many people feel alone, afraid, anxious, uncertain and a little lost. It’s about community, togetherness, healing and showing up for yourself in a time when we need it more than ever. ⁣ ⁣ We will be aiming to fold in a daily practice of meditation, movement, mindful nutrition and motivation. We have many videos from wellness leaders in the community to help you along, I’ll also be video journaling and we have a whole encouraging group of people ready to lend a hand.
