It’s ok to worry, it’s ok to “freak out”! So long as its a short visit, sometimes we need a short visit to freak out land. Personally, I had a tough couple of weeks. Feeling very uninspired, unmotivated, stressed about all the little things I can’t control. The fear of the unknown. Definitely visited “Freak-Out Ville” a couple times.But take heart, have faith, my friends. This is a chance to grow and conquer our inner demons. Sometimes a short visit to “Freak-Out Ville” can provide some perspective. A chance to reflect. However I urge you all to keep it from becoming permanent. We are not alone, there is a world around us all undergoing the same circumstances, in one way or another. Reach out to your friends and family, you can reach out to me here.
