Organic Soy Hummus.
Steam-boil soybeans in pressure cooker. Put ingredients in mixer and you’re done!
Soybeans, Tahini or Shirogoma Paste, grated garlic, some salt, olive oil and top it off with smoked paprika powder. Throw it in a salad. Add some of the water you boiled the soy in to adjust consistency.
