Show of hands who is spending most of your day stationary atm? 
Ye? Feels.
Here’s a quick little stretch set you can do to break up the day when WFH or even DURING your Netflix intervals using your lounge and a towel! For more inspiration around MOBILITY movements you can do, head to the Nike Training Club App which has over 185 free workouts and a whole bunch of mobility options. Honestly, these movements are the perfect way to reset your body during the day. More Mobility = Better Everything.
Now for my workout…these are quick sets so hold everything between 40-90 seconds per stretch
1 DEEEEP Hip Flexor Stretch 
2 Seated Figure 4
3 Lat Stretch and Thread The Needle
4 Single Leg Hamstring 
5 Chest Stretch
